All acts of Sevenstar Yacht Transport B.V. are subject to the terms and conditions of the Booking-Note, a representative sample of which will be sent upon request. All disputes between the Customer, the Ocean Carrier and Sevenstar Yacht Transport B.V. are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
